Based on Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), I inform you that:
1. The Controller of your personal data is DRUMSETPRO Przemysław Bajer, ul. Harcerska 1, 41-500 Chorzów, NIP: 627-262-86-78. In all matters concerning the processing of personal data and the exercise of your rights related to data processing, you can contact via email: info@drumsetpro.pl.
2. Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to registration and payment for the Workshops, as well as for purposes related to advertising and promoting the Workshops. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6 section 1 item a of the GDPR – the data subject has consented to the processing of their personal data.
3. Your personal data may be transferred to other entities whose services the Controller uses in the process of registration and payment for the Workshops, as well as in the advertising and promotion of the Workshops.
4. Your data will not be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Union.
5. Your personal data will be processed until the end of the Workshops, and for a period of one year thereafter.
6. You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, supplement, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object.
7. You have the right to withdraw your consent, as mentioned in Article 6 section 1 item a of the GDPR, to process data at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
9. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for participation in the Workshops. If you refuse to provide personal data, the Controller may refuse your participation in the Workshops.
10. Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
