Where and when does The International Planetarium Drum Camp take place?
How much does it cost to participate?
The standard price is 3197 PLN. The promotional price of 2897 PLN applies if you register and pay by 31 March 2026.
What’s included in the price?
Do you provide accommodation?
No, accommodation is not included and participants arrange it on their own. We’ll be happy to recommend convenient places to stay nearby.
Do I need to bring my own instrument?
No. You’ll have free access to drum kits on site. If you’d like to bring your own sticks or accessories, you’re welcome to.
Who is the Drum Camp for? What level is it?
Can minors take part?
Yes, but a written consent form from a parent/legal guardian must be submitted to the organizer before the workshops begin.
Does the payment reserve my spot?
Is the number of spots limited?
Yes, the number of spots is strictly limited, and admission is based on the order of registrations.
If the event sells out, you may be placed on a waiting list (which does not guarantee participation).
Can I transfer my spot to someone else?
Yes — you can transfer your spot to another person after informing the organizer and receiving approval (the new participant must accept the terms and conditions).
Will there be photos / video recordings during the camp?
Yes — photos may be taken and audio/video may be recorded during the workshops for promotional purposes (details are included in the terms and conditions).
